How to Raise a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
We want every homeowner who reaches Artificialstrategies Plumbing to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, please let us know. This page explains how to raise a complaint and what happens afterward. It is a general template and is not legal advice.
What You Can Tell Us About
You are welcome to contact us about:
- Your experience when you called or contacted Artificialstrategies Plumbing
- The way your personal information was handled
- Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a plumber we connected you with
If the Problem Is With a Provider
The plumbers in our network are independent businesses. Each is responsible for its own estimates, prices, work and customer service. If you are unhappy with work done in your home, the usual first step is to raise it with the plumber directly. Keep a written record as you go.
Still, we want to hear about it. Feedback on providers helps us keep our network honest. A provider that repeatedly falls short of what we expect may be removed from the network. Please know that Artificialstrategies Plumbing cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work, or make decisions on a provider's behalf.
Sending Your Complaint
Email contact@artificialstrategies.rest and include:
- Your name and the easiest way to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the plumber
- The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- A clear account of what happened and what outcome you hope for
After You Write
We will confirm we received your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
Still Not Happy?
If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You can also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with plumbing work itself, your state or local plumbing licensing board may be able to help.
