Artificialstrategies Plumbing is a referral service for homeowners. We help you find independent plumbing providers in Kansas City and the Kansas City area. That is the whole job.

Why This Exists

Plumbing trouble is stressful. You may be standing in an inch of water, unsure who to trust. Older homes make it harder. Old pipes, new surprises. A patch from decades ago can fail without warning.

We built this site to make the first step easier. You describe the problem. We point you toward a local provider.

How Matching Works

You send a request or request a callback. We share the basics of your problem with a provider in our network who serves your area. The provider then talks with you directly. Availability varies, so we cannot promise timing. Many providers can respond quickly, and you can ask what is possible today.

What to Have Ready

A few details help the provider understand your situation. Think about where the problem is, what you can see or hear, and when it started. If you can safely reach your main water shutoff, note where it is. Photos can help too. You do not need to know the cause. Plain words are fine.

What We Ask of Providers

Providers in our network are independent businesses. We ask them to:

• Explain the problem in plain words
• Give a written quote before major work
• Respect your home and your time
• Hold any licenses their local rules require

You should still confirm license and insurance details yourself. It is a fair question, and good providers expect it.

What We Do Not Do

We do not fix pipes, clear drains or repair sewer lines. We do not set the price. We do not decide what work your home needs. The provider you speak with does that.

We also do not promise what your insurance will cover. Some policies may cover sudden damage, so check your policy. Providers can often help document damage for a claim.

How We Are Paid

Providers in our network may pay Artificialstrategies Plumbing for connecting them with homeowners. You do not pay us to make the connection. Your agreement for any work is with the provider, and you should see the price in writing first.

A Word About Older Homes

Cast iron, clay, galvanized steel and old patch jobs behave differently than new pipe. We pay extra attention to these homes because surprises hide behind walls and under slabs. A good provider will show you what they find.
